As part of the MEET & GREET, flights are scheduled from Montreal, Toronto, and Halifax.
​
For those departing from other cities, there are two options:

You can travel to one of the three airports to join the group flights.

You can make your own way directly to the Hard Rock Hotel​​​
Should you arrive in Montreal or in Toronto a day prior to departure, Octo Purchasing Group has negotiated special rates at the following hotels

Insurances are not included in the Octo package.
Medical insurance is highly recommended for international travel.
