Guillevin International has announced the acquisition of Dubo Électrique on March 2nd, 2021
Dubo Électrique was founded in 1955 and now counts seven branches in Quebec (Montreal, Laval, Saint-Hubert, Sainte-Adele, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Trois-Rivieres and Quebec), as well as a distribution center of 100 000 ft2.
